WebStarfish is a software platform that SUNY Potsdam uses to support student success. Students can use it to request appointments with various support offices across the campus, to request tutoring assistance and to keep track of important to-do items to keep you on track academically. WebStarfish. We believe a campus community engaged with our students will lead to their success. We use the Starfish Early Alert System as a collaborative effort between instructors and advisors to identify students who are at-risk of failing and allow faculty and staff to communicate and track interventions with students.
