WebThe 500i is an excellent and peppy saw, my only complaint is how quickly it burns through fuel (it goes through a tank faster than my 3120xp, which is considerably larger). I tend to grab the 460 w/ 28” bar over anything else when I’m felling or bucking appropriately sized logs. It’s just personal preference, but I like the 460 better than the 500.
